Family Camp

What is Family Camp?

Family Camp is an annual event that focuses on building up and strengthening godly families. This year it will be held September 13th-15th with special guest speaker Tom Wells, a certified biblical counselor. His focus will be on parenting through different stages of life. While adults attend the seminars, children will have fun with recreational games and activities. Nursery care is available for babies and children up to 3 years old.

Guest Speaker Bio

Tom Wells has a passion for God’s word and spends much of his time teaching and counseling others in its truth. He serves as a biblical counselor for Faith Baptist Church of Palm Bay, where he and his wife Susan have been members since 1999. Tom is an ACBC certified biblical counselor and has been a certified seminar instructor and budget coach through Crown Financial Ministries. He also serves as a deacon, teaches various Bible Studies, and sings in the choir. Tom and Susan have been married for over 35 years, and have 5 adult children (counting in-laws) and one grandson.

Is there a registration fee to attend Family Camp?

Yes, registration is $10 per family. That includes admission, seminar materials and a book, as well as dinner on Friday evening, breakfast on Saturday morning, and our Ice Cream Social on Sunday evening. Childcare is provided for kids 4 years old and up! Optional nursery care for children 3 years old or younger is available for $5 per child.

Is there a nursery available?

Our optional nursery care is available to serve families with children three years old and younger. The cost for the nursery is $5 per child and includes childcare for both days. We will also have a designated area for the exclusive use of nursing moms. Feel free to bring and keep your baby with you if you'd like.

Is this conference open to other churches?

Absolutely! It is our desire to partner with other gospel teaching churches to make biblically sound teaching accessible for everyone.

Do you offer scholarships?

We do! A limited number of full and partial scholarships are available. If you would like to donate to our scholarship fund or would like to be considered for a scholarship, please contact our church office via phone or email for more information.
