Children's Ministry Registration Form and Ministry Worker Application
We consider teaching and caring for the children of our church a great privilege and responsibility. And as such, we seek to faithfully ensure the safety and protection of our little ones. If you sense the Lord calling you to serve in our children's ministry, please review the attached Central Baptist Ministry Worker Application and complete the Children's Ministry Online Registration form. Once you have completed both, the online registration and the application, please submit it to the church office. Thank you!
